Did Alexander deserve his title ‘the Great’?

I’m sorry for the delayed post (here’s a hint: don’t try to make copies and run errands to Costco at the same time). OK, we started Alexander the Great today. While tomorrow’s work will be quite serious, and rather provocative, this is another long-standing comedic storyline from something that has become a favorite of mine: Horrible Histories, courtesy of the BBC. Question for the day: What can we gather from Alexander after what we’re seeing here? Can we compare him to contemporary leaders?HORRIBLE-HISTORIES-Alexander-The-Great[www.savevid.com]

Only in Macedonia would they name an airport for Alexander the Great...unless one was headed to Alexandria...

i think that he did deserve his title because even though he could be selfish he conquered and conquered and that made him into a stronger man and he was a great at doing his job, conquering,be good at commanding and, being a great leader
